近年来,我省平菇发展快,种植广,产量高,收益大,已成食用菌中的后起之秀。平菇在建立多种形式的农业生态系统良性循环网络,提高物质的循环利用率,改变人们的食物结构中有十分重要的作用。我省目前推广较为普遍的是中低温型品种,为达到周年栽培,除了采取适宜的栽培方式、方法外,更重要的是选择适宜在中高温条件下栽培的较优良菌株。近年来,我们通过引进和多次出菇试验,初步筛选出适宜我省高温期栽培的几个较优良的中高型品种,现介绍如下: (1) 高温侧耳831:该品种由山东省青
