患者女性,15岁,因无力、消瘦、头痛一个月于1981年12月17日入院,两月前刷牙时曾发生数次短暂齿龈出血。体检:体温36.8℃,脉搏94次/分,血压100/65,营养差,消瘦、贫血貌,皮肤注射部位呈现多处淤斑,下颌触及绿豆至黄豆大小不等浅表淋巴结6～8枚,可活动,咽部充血,胸骨体压痛(+),心肺无异常,肝脾未触及,神经系统正常,双侧眼底可见小片状浅层出血斑。
A 15-year-old female patient, admitted to hospital on December 17, 1981 due to weakness, weight loss and headache, had short-term gingival bleeding while brushing her teeth two months earlier. Physical examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, pulse 94 beats / min, blood pressure 100/65, poor nutrition, weight loss, anemia appearance, the skin injection site showed multiple ecchymosis, mandibular reach mung bean to soybean size ranging from 6 to 8 superficial lymph nodes, Activities, pharyngeal hyperemia, sternal body tenderness (+), no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched, the nervous system is normal, bilateral small ocular fundus hemorrhage spots.
