大庆市委作出的深入开展“弘扬‘三个超越’精神,追求卓越、勇创一流”主题实践活动的决定,这是将“三个超越”精神由我市的科技精神提升为我市城市精神的标志,是以世界的眼光、战略的思维,站在时代的高度作出的战略决策。课题组通过深入学习,结合实际,就“三个超越”精神的内涵、实质及三者之间的关系,“三个超越”精神与大庆精神、铁人精神之间的关系,“三个超越”精神提出的时代背景和现实意义以及如何弘扬“三个超越”精神进行了初步探讨。
