这几年本人接触客户投诉,深有感触。一说到死灯和用手一按就亮不按不亮等这些现象灯,客户就说,这肯定是LED的问题。如果来个一棍子打死,全说是LED封装的责任,本人觉得做LED封装的真的有点冤。从我走访的客户来看,发现有的客户锡炉的锡用了两三年从来未换过,锡液的温度调到280℃,有的波峰焊的预热温度最高达到220℃,有的客户在维修更换LED灯时,用钳子加电铬铁野蛮操作,电铬铁温度调到五、六百摄氏度以上。这些操作和条件都是对LED与PCB板一个致命的创伤,也是以上现象的制造者。
