连铸中间包绝热板是七十年代兴起的一项新技术,本文介绍了上海耐火材料厂和上钢一厂合作试制的绝热板的配料,制品的理化指标,绝热性能,岩相分析和在 R5-1200板坯连铸机上的使用质量等,从测温数据可知,其保温性能与日本 Foseco 产品相近,包内钢液温降可减少10℃左右,耐火材料单耗减少5kg,节约人工10%,由于中间包不需烘烤,可少用15000立方米转炉煤气,而且周转快,应急性强,钢质亦有所提高.
The continuous casting tundish thermal insulation board is a new technology that emerged in the seventies. This paper introduces the ingredients of the thermal insulation panel trial-produced by Shanghai Refractory Factory and No.1 Steel Factory. The physical and chemical indexes, thermal insulation properties, lithofacies analysis, R5-1200 slab caster on the quality of use, we can see from the temperature measurement data, the thermal insulation performance similar to the Japanese Foseco, the package liquid steel temperature drop can be reduced by about 10 ℃, refractories unit consumption reduced by 5kg, saving labor 10 %, Since the tundish does not need to be roasted, it can use 15,000 cubic meters of converter gas less frequently, and the turnover is quicker, the emergency is stronger and the steel quality also increases.
