以甲醇－氯仿（３∶１）为提取溶剂，采用双波长薄层扫描法，在苦味酸硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，氯仿－醋酸乙酯－甲醇（９０∶７∶３）为展开剂，在λＳ＝５００ｎｍ，λＲ＝６００ｎｍ下，测定了中药制剂盘根接骨片中血竭素的含量，其结果平均回收率为９７．４％，相对标准差为１．８％．
Using chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol (90: 7: 3) as developing solvent, using a two-wavelength thin layer scanning method on a thin layer of picric acid silica gel with methanol-chloroform λS = 500nm, λR = 600nm, the content of Dracorhodin in Panjin jiegu tablet was determined. The average recovery was 97.4% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%.
