交通是个窗口服务行业,随着我国交通行业的大力发展,交通征费成为交通行业的一项重要工作。高速路收费、养路费征收等等都是交通行业的重要工作内容,然而,这些工作的特点就是要必须保证工作效率要高,否则客户满意度会大幅下降。山西省交通征费稽查局每年姚收取40多亿元的养路费、反映在打印出来的票据上,用堆积如山来形容一点都不夸张。而通过横向对比,选择了爱普生针式打印机之后,那些以往导致窗口排队现象严重、影响客户满意度等问题都已经迎刃而解了。
