受近年来我国经济增长以及技能职业教育发展的影响,技工院校校企合作办学的模式已经逐渐成为培养全方位技术人才的主要教学模式之一。面对教学新形势的影响,我国的技工院校逐渐形成了开展技能教育,实现技能型人才培养的教学观念,秉持着适应社会变化、服务于市场的高技能人才培养的教学宗旨,在校企合作的教学模式下,将教学作为办学的核心,紧抓理论与实践结合的教育观点,在此基础上全面推行校企合作。然而在具体实施的过程中,仍然存在一些不足,对校企合作的教学模式进行限制,为此,文章中围绕技工院校的校企合作教学模式,对其多元化的教学模式提出了几点建议。
Influenced by the economic growth in our country and the development of skilled vocational education in recent years, the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools by technical institutions has gradually become one of the main teaching modes for cultivating a full range of technical personnel. Faced with the impact of the new situation in teaching, our country’s technical colleges and universities have gradually formed the teaching concept of carrying out skills education and realizing the cultivation of skilled talents. They uphold the teaching tenet of cultivating highly skilled talents who adapt to social changes and serve the market. Under the teaching mode of cooperation, taking teaching as the core of running a school, paying close attention to the educational viewpoint combining theory with practice, on the basis of which, the cooperation between school and enterprises is promoted. However, in the process of concrete implementation, there are still some shortcomings, which restrict the teaching mode of cooperation between school and enterprise. Therefore, in this article, the author puts forward some suggestions on the diversified teaching mode Suggest.
