血管母细胞瘤好发于小脑半球中线旁,CT影像表现为一大囊和囊壁上有小结节,增强后小结节强化,而大囊及囊壁无强化.本文通过对16例血管母细胞瘤"大囊小结节”病理、CT征象分析,以进一步加深对小脑半球囊性病灶特点了解,提高诊断的正确性.
