玉柴工程机械公司经过市场调研,参考先进机型进行独立设计,于1995年10月试制出两台WY20-YC具有一定机电一体化水平的液压挖掘机。整机试验表明,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。1 主要特点1.1 性能先进柴油机 选用玉柴公司从福特公司引进生产的YC6112型柴油机,具有油耗低、功率大、噪声小、启动性能好、过载能力强等特点。还专门设计有电子步进控制器,实现油门的电控。液压系统 整机液压件如主泵、主阀、液压马达等均采用进口件,使液压系统的可靠性得到了保证。
Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. through market research, with reference to advanced models for independent design, in October 1995 trial production of two WY20-YC hydraulic excavator with a certain level of mechanical and electrical integration. The whole test shows that various technical indicators have reached the design requirements. 1 Main Features 1.1 Performance Advanced Diesel Engine The YC6112 diesel engine introduced by Yuchai from Ford Motor Co., Ltd. is used. It features low fuel consumption, high power, low noise, good starting performance, and strong overload capacity. An electronic step controller is also specially designed to realize the electronic control of the throttle. Hydraulic System The hydraulic components of the whole machine, such as the main pump, main valve, and hydraulic motor, are all imported, ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system.
