目的:确切判定人参二醇组皂苷Rb_1,Rb_2,Rb_3,R_c,R_d的钙通道阻滞作用和抗自由基作用.方法:在Wistar大鼠心室肌细胞上,用连细胞斑片钳技术记录L型、T型、B型单钙通道活动;用电子自旋共振法测定自由基含量.结果:Rb_1,Rb_2,Rb_3,R_c200 μmol·L~(-1)使钙通道的开放时间缩短、关闭时间延长、开放概率减小.30 μmol·L~(-1)拮抗黄嘌呤0.42 mmol·L~(-1)—黄嘌呤氧化酶5.3 nmol·L~(-1)诱发的自由基含量增多,相同剂量的Ra无此二种作用.结论:Rb_1,Rb_2,Rb_2,R_c兼有钙通道阻滞作用和抗自由基作用.
