我国经济发展出现了明显的结构性问题,解决这一问题最有效的措施就是实施供给侧结构性改革。文章提出企业生产成本提高、产品供需错位和资本边际收益下降等问题,共同构成了供给侧结构性改革的现实性条件,而马克思主义政治经济学则为供给侧结构性改革提供了坚实的理论支撑。实施供给侧结构性改革,必须实施创新驱动战略,推进行政体制改革,深化金融体制改革,完善人力资源制度。
China’s economic development has shown obvious structural problems. The most effective measure to solve this problem is to implement supply-side structural reforms. The article puts forward some problems such as the increase of production cost, the dislocation of supply and demand and the decrease of the marginal return of capital, which together constitute the realistic conditions of supply-side structural reform, while the Marxist political economy provides a solid theoretical support for the supply-side structural reform . To implement supply-side structural reforms, we must implement an innovation-driven strategy, promote the reform of the administrative system, deepen the reform of the financial system and improve the human resources system.
