我出生于湖南衡阳县界牌镇,1999年,只有初中文化的我来到了东莞某施工队,在东城区一个大楼盘做计时工。为了多挣点钱,我挑泥浆,搬水泥,什么脏活儿累活儿样样都抢着干。1999年8月的一天中午,我正在工地保安室休息,一对年轻的夫妇走过来,那男人笑嘻嘻地递给我一根烟:“我姓王,上午看中了这里的一套住房,可对房子的建筑质量不太放心。您是基建队的师傅,我们想请您作个参谋。”
