我国传统上将公务员分为领导类和非领导类,不利于整个政府的高效运转和一般公务员积极性的调动。我国公务员法的出台,突破了传统的公务员分类,把之分为综合管理类、专业技术类、行政执法类,适应了我国政府改革的发展,是一次创新。
The traditional classification of civil servants into leading and non-leading civil servants in our country is not conducive to the efficient operation of the entire government and the mobilization of the enthusiasm of civil servants in general. The promulgation of civil servant law in our country has broken through the traditional classification of civil servants and divided them into comprehensive management, professional and technical categories and administrative law enforcement categories, which are suitable for the development of government reform in our country.
