近年来开展了通过内镜针瘤体内局部注射治疗非手术指征的消化道肿瘤技术,估计到肿瘤微环境因素影响药物局部动力学变化,为了提高局部化疗效果,对一些抗癌药物制备成缓释剂进行了临床前局部应用试验,现报道初步结果如下。
In recent years, gastrointestinal tumors with non-surgical indications treated by endoscopic apophysmal local injection have been performed. It has been estimated that tumor microenvironment factors affect the local dynamics of drugs, and in order to improve the effect of local chemotherapy, some anticancer drugs are prepared to be slow. The release preparations were subjected to pre-clinical topical applications and preliminary results are reported below.
