目的对药用植物牛蒡和毛头牛蒡进行染色体核型比较研究。方法采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影对2种药用植物的染色体进行检测分析。结果牛蒡与毛头牛蒡的染色体数目相同均为2n=36,核型均为“2B”型。牛蒡染色体相对长度组成为2n=36=6L+6M2+16M1+8S,核型公式是K(2n)=2X=36=18m+18 sm。毛头牛蒡染色体相对长度组成为2n=36=6L+4M2+20M1+6S,核型公式是K(2n)=2X=36=20m+16 sm。结论牛蒡与毛头牛蒡染色体数目清晰,核型明确,为2种药用植物的细胞学研究提供了数据。
Objective To compare the karyotypes of medicinal plants, Burdock and Burdock. Methods Chromosomes of two kinds of medicinal plants were detected and analyzed by routine method and microscopy. Results The numbers of chromosomes in both burdock and burdock were the same, 2n = 36 and karyotypes were all “2B”. The relative length of Burdock chromosome is 2n = 36 = 6L + 6M2 + 16M1 + 8S. The karyotype formula is K (2n) = 2X = 36 = 18m + 18 sm. Burdock Burdock chromosome relative length of the composition of 2n = 36 = 6L + 4M2 +20 M1 +6 S, karyotype formula is K (2n) = 2X = 36 = 20m +16 sm. Conclusions The numbers of burdock and burley burdock chromosomes are clear and their karyotypes are clear. These data provided the data for the cytological studies on two medicinal plants.
