一年中最繁忙的时候,应该是步末年初。因为这个时候热闹的事也挺多。虽然2002年的最后一个月还没过完,各大报章、杂志等各类媒体都已在忙着岁末大盘点了。闹中取静,2002年最后一个月里,有两件事与我们工程机械行业里的企业及企业家有关。一件事是有4万多名企业家参加的盛况空前的首届“中国企业领袖年会”在北京召开。4万多名企业家中有多少是来自工程机械行业,没有一一去核实。但毫无疑问,他们是其中的一员;另一件事是由国务院总理朱镕基亲自宣布举世瞩目的南水北调工程正式开工,由此进入实施阶段。
