目的:探讨加强泌尿外科患者手术前后的风险预防措施,保证患者安全。方法:选取宁波市鄞州区第二医院2013年1月~2015年12月泌尿外科收治入院的患者105例,且所有患者均在我院接受外科手术治疗,根据患者情况将其分为观察组58例和对照组47例。对照组在患者手术前后给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上结合风险预防措施进行护理,分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的护理风险发生例数明显更少(P<0.05)。并且观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于泌尿外科的手术患者,不仅要在手术前后给予常规护理措施,还要在此基础上结合风险预防措施进行护理,才能有效的降低护理风险的发生,减少压疮、跌倒坠床等安全事故的发生,从而有效提高护理质量,并能保证护患关系的稳定。
Objective: To explore the preventive measures of risk before and after urological surgery to ensure the safety of patients. Methods: A total of 105 patients admitted to urology department from January 2013 to December 2015 in the Second Hospital of Ningbo Yinzhou District were enrolled. All patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital and were divided into observation group 58 Cases and control group of 47 cases. The control group was given routine care before and after the operation, the observation group was based on the combination of risk prevention measures, and the nursing effect was analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was significantly less (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients undergoing urological surgery, not only conventional nursing measures should be given before and after surgery, but also nursing on the basis of risk prevention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risks, reduce pressure sores and fall down on falling beds Accident, so as to effectively improve the quality of care, and to ensure the stability of the nurse-patient relationship.
