目的:培养出广泛适合于基础与临床研究的原代人胚肺、人胚肾细胞。方法:分别用不同的培养基及不同浓度的血清,以改进的方法对原代人胚肺、肾细胞进行培养。结果:经水囊引产的3月大小的胚胎肺及肾,用MEM及1640加上20%的牛血清,对细胞的贴附及增殖十分有利,细胞生长状态良好。结论:经改进后的对人胚肺细胞和人胚肾细胞的原代培养,用含20%的小牛血清的MEM和1640的培养液对细胞的生长极为有利。
Objective: To cultivate primary human embryo lung and human embryo kidney cells widely used in basic and clinical research. Methods: The primary human embryo lung and kidney cells were cultured with different culture media and different concentrations of serum respectively. Results: March-March embryo lung and kidney induced by water sac, with MEM and 1640 plus 20% bovine serum, the cell attachment and proliferation is very favorable, cell growth in good condition. Conclusion: The primary culture of human embryonic lung cells and human embryonic kidney cells after the improvement is very beneficial to the cell growth with 20% fetal calf serum and 1640 medium.
