黄浦区地处上海闹市中心。随着对外开放和对内搞活工作的日益发展,形形色色的社会思潮对学生较早较快地产生影响。面临这样的形势,如果学校思想教育工作还是墨守成规,不进行改革,那么,就很难保证培养的人才能坚持四项基本原则,能为社会主义现代化建设服务。如何改革中学生思想教育工作呢?我局从培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人的战略目标出发,根据中学生的性格、年龄特点,制定并实施了《黄浦区全日制中学生思想品德教育大纲》,闯出了对学生进行思想教育的新路子,使学生思想教育工
