奎屯红山大峡谷,藏在天山少人知,来过这里你还会想来,没来过这里,你决然想像不出它的美。即使你来到它跟前,不仔细找,你还是找不到它,因为,它藏在看似平坦的地面之下。这里,沟壑纵横,谷底尽是五颜六色的石头。日出日落之时,云雾笼罩着红色大峡谷,雾起之时,山峦变得影影绰绰,层次分明而又朦朦胧胧,如梦如幻。夜访神秘大峡谷红山大峡谷,位于沙湾县安集海河南段,因峡谷两侧山体为鲜红色,因此得名。峡谷长约30多公里,呈南北走向,海拔1900米,宽约300米,深近400米,特殊的地理环境使这里地壳运动频繁,地貌变化万千。夏日的傍晚,经过1个多月的筹备,我邀请两名地理老师,一名向导兼司机,还有一名摄影爱好者,连夜专程赶往红山
