目的比较PBL和LBL在住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2010年-2015年在某院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的48名住院医师,随机分为PBL组和LBL组。PBL组按PBL模式培训而LBL组按传统授课模式培训。培训前、结束后及半年后进行基础理论和临床技能考核并调查研究对象对培训的满意度。结果两种住院医师规范化培训都显著提高住院医师的理论知识和临床技能,PBL组效果更显著(88.5±3.2vs83.6±2.9分;85.4±2.5vs80.7±1.5分,P<0.05),满意度更高(94.6±3.1 vs 91.9±2.8,P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训中基于PBL和LBL的培训都能有效提高住院医师的理论知识和临床技能,相较于传统的LBL方法,基于PBL的培训方案效果更为显著,使参与者获得良好满意度情况下掌握更扎实的理论知识和临床技能。
Objective To compare the effects of PBL and LBL on standardized residency training. Methods Forty-eight residents who underwent standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from 2010 to 2015 were randomly divided into PBL group and LBL group. The PBL group trains according to the PBL mode and the LBL trains according to the traditional teaching mode. Before and after the training and six months after the basic theory and clinical skills assessment and investigation of the object of training satisfaction. Results The standardized training of both residents significantly improved the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of residents. The effects of PBL were more significant (88.5 ± 3.2 vs 83.6 ± 2.9, 85.4 ± 2.5 vs 80.7 ± 1.5, P <0.05) Satisfaction was higher (94.6 ± 3.1 vs 91.9 ± 2.8, P <0.05). Conclusion Both PBL and LBL-based training in residency standardization training can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of residents. Compared with the traditional LBL method, the training program based on PBL is more effective and the participants get good satisfaction Under the circumstances to master a more solid theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.
