1 引言建筑智能化系统工程结合了传统建筑工程与高新技术等多学科,其涉及系统规划、设计、施工与竣工验收后的运营维护等各阶段。如何有效地规范行业行为,充分发挥智能建筑的投资效益.促进行业企业健康有序地发展,近年来已成为行业发展的热点问题。本文总结了福建省建筑智能化行业的管理经验,以期与国内其他省份地区的同行一起交流、探索促进行业良性发展的有效措施。
1 INTRODUCTION Building intelligent system engineering combines many disciplines such as traditional architectural engineering and high-tech, involving various stages of system planning, design, construction and post-completion acceptance of operation and maintenance. How to effectively standardize the industry behavior and give full play to the investment efficiency of intelligent buildings.Improving the healthy and orderly development of industry enterprises has become a hot issue in the industry in recent years. This article summarizes the management experience of the intelligent building industry in Fujian Province to exchange ideas with colleagues from other provinces in the country to explore effective measures to promote the sound development of the industry.
