最近,机械电子部授权有关行业归口研冗所,在今年内对国冢规定的十批淘汰产品进行一次检查,凡是继续生产的企业要提请工商管理部门予以处罚。1982年以来,原机械工业部、国家计委、国家工商行政管理局等单位先后淘汰了10批437项能耗高、性能落后的风机、水泵、电机等机电产品。但据了解,目前还有不少生产企业、建设单位和商业部门等仍在继续生产、销售、购买已淘汰的产品。 4月8日,机电部副部长赵明生在一次会上说,对公布的淘汰产品,要由有关研究所进行经常性的检查。在检查中,归口研究所可以向各地工商行政部门发出罚款建议书,由工商部门对仍在生产淘汰产品的企业进行罚款。各归口所要很好地运用这一权力,今后部考核归
