开发了一个基于断裂力学理论的工程构件分析和评估的专家系统原型 .系统能够对组合气缸、压力容器、旋转构件及焊接构件进行K ,COD和J积分评定 ,并能对大型铸锻构件进行断口形貌转变温度FATT评定 ,为工程技术人员进行工程构件设计和分析提供了一种快速实用的工具 ,可大大节省设计及评估的时间和人力 .在对大量领域知识、设计评估方法和专家经验归纳总结的基础上 ,建立了相应的知识库、数据库及其管理维护子系统 ;构造了一个通用推理机和一套跟踪解释机制 ,确保了推理过程的透明度和推理结论的可信度 .这是一个开放系统 ,通过对知识库、数据库的不断修改和补充 ,可使系统继续扩充和完善以用于更广泛的工程构件设计中 .
