病历摘要李××、男、2.5岁。因面部红肿、全身肌肉疼痛有硬结一年余,双膝关节挛缩不能站立八个月于1983年6月6日入院。患儿于1982年2月罹患“肺炎、肾炎”经抗菌素治疗缓解。两个月后,面部红肿、膝关节疼痛<不能站立,触摸时哭叫不安>。继而于腹部、四肢近端、臂部皮肤出现硬结且逐渐增多,扩大伴全身肌肉触痛,双上肢不能上举。半年后,双膝关节挛缩,屈曲、不能站立。病史中尚有间歇性发热、多汗、消瘦等。既往、家族、个人史中无重要发现。查体:T37.2℃～38.2℃、P110次/
Medical summary Li × ×, male, 2.5 years old. Due to facial swelling, generalized muscular pain with induration for more than a year, double knee contracture can not stand for eight months in June 6, 1983 admitted. Children in February 1982 suffering from “pneumonia, nephritis,” relieved by antibiotic treatment. Two months later, the face is swollen and painful in the knee . Then in the abdomen, proximal limbs, arm skin induration and gradually increased, with enlarged muscle tenderness, upper extremity can not move. Six months later, double knee contracture, buckling, can not stand. There are intermittent history of fever, sweating, weight loss and so on. Past, family, personal history no important discovery. Physical examination: T37.2 ℃ ~ 38.2 ℃, P110 times /
