2004年11月13日下午,由《安家》、北京工商联住宅房地产商会、《证券日报·资本地产》和搜狐焦点网联袂推出的“2004北京酒店地产创新论坛”在香格里拉大饭店举行。论坛汇集了知名顾问专家、酒店地产开发商、投资业主以及权威酒店物业管理精英等70余人,囊括了北京绝大多数新开发的酒店式公寓项目。众多业内专家和开发商通过主题发言的形式,对2004年酒店式公寓的发展进行了整体性的分析与评估,并对酒店式公寓未来的市场走势进行了全面、深入的探讨和展望。
On the afternoon of November 13, 2004, “2004 Beijing Hotel Real Estate Innovation Forum” was launched jointly by “Anyjia”, Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, “Securities Daily · Capital Land” and Sohu Focus Network, held in Shangri-La Hotel. The forum brought together over 70 well-known consultants, hotel developers, investment proprietors and elite hotel property management elites to cover most of the newly developed serviced apartment projects in Beijing. Many industry experts and developers conducted a holistic analysis and evaluation on the development of hotel apartments in 2004 through the keynote speeches and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the market trends of hotel apartments in the future.
