在习主席讲话精神的指引下,我们认识到舞蹈系的工作应从两个方面入手:一是坚持在充分的挖掘中寻找发展。在未来的教学中,加大对舞蹈艺术传统精神和内涵的挖掘与研究,在对教学目的、教学内容、教学对象摸准吃透的情况下,找准自己专业发展的突破点。二是坚持服务部队、服务战斗力提升的教学转型重点,始终将目光盯住基层官兵的现实需求和培训对象未来工作岗位的需要,以此构建我们的教学设计和教学内容,使所有的教学、演出和创作都紧紧围绕着军队这个战斗集团所担负的特殊任务与使命,紧紧围绕着基层部队官兵的精神文化需求,紧紧围绕着鼓舞、提高官兵士气和战斗力这个根本。
In the spirit of Chairman Xi’s speech, we recognize that the work of the dance department should start from two aspects: First, we must persistently look for development in full excavation. In the future teaching, the excavation and research on the traditional spirit and connotation of dance art should be intensified, and the breakthrough point of professional development should be pinpointed under the circumstance of teaching objective, teaching content and teaching object thoroughly. The second is to insist on serving the army and improving the combat transformation of teaching and learning. We should always keep an eye on the actual needs of grassroots officers and soldiers and the needs of future trainees in order to construct our teaching design and teaching content so that all teaching and performance And creation all focus on the special task and mission that the armed forces and the combat group hold. They closely center on the spiritual and cultural needs of the officers and soldiers of the grass-roots units and revolve around the fundamental principle of encouraging and improving the morale and combat effectiveness of officers and men.
