每次回老家,我最喜欢做的事就是烧土灶。老家没有煤气灶,不像城里人用煤气灶烧饭烧菜,老家的土灶需要一个人在土灶下面烧火,另外一个人在灶上面炒菜。一天,奶奶在厨房炸肉圆,我闻着香味来到厨房,坐到灶下烧火。只见火快要灭了,我赶紧往火灶里放了一把稻草,又放了几根木头,火马上大了起来,烧得我脸直发烫。见火这么大,我心中暗喜,给自己加了把劲。哪知道,奶奶却嚷起来:“火太旺了,肉圆都糊了!”我忙用火叉拍火,才把火拍下去一点。但是,还是烧糊了一锅肉圆,捞起来像黑炭。
