[目的]了解沂水县城区中学生常见病患病情况,为学校卫生管理工作提供科学依据。[方法]2008年9~11月,对沂水县城区7所中学的在校生进行调查。[结果]调查高中生21134名、初中生5651名,视力低下、龋齿、血压异常、心脏杂音及心律不齐、扁平足、鱼鳞病、鸡胸罹患率,高中生分别为78.26%、9.34%、1.16%、0.30%、1.45%、0.09%、0.11%,初中生分别55.03%、11.22%、0.67%、0.27%、1.59%、0.23%、0.11%。[结论]沂水县城区中学生常见病患病率较高。
[Objective] To understand the prevalence of common diseases among middle school students in Yishui County and to provide a scientific basis for school health management. [Method] From September to November in 2008, the survey of students in 7 middle schools in Yishui county urban area was conducted. [Results] There were 21134 high school students and 5651 junior high school students with low vision, dental caries, abnormal blood pressure, heart murmur and arrhythmia, flat foot, ichthyosis and chicken breast cancer rates of 78.26%, 9.34% and 1.16% , 0.30%, 1.45%, 0.09% and 0.11%, respectively. The junior high students were 55.03%, 11.22%, 0.67%, 0.27%, 1.59%, 0.23% and 0.11% respectively. [Conclusion] The prevalence of common diseases among middle school students in Yishui county is higher.
