中豆 2 4和泰兴黑豆种子用无水 Ca Cl2 分别干燥至 1 0个不同的含水量水平 ,密封于玻璃瓶中 ,在50℃人工模拟老化条件下 3个月后 ,对种子活力和生理特性的测定结果表明 ,中豆 2 4和泰兴黑豆均适宜于超干燥保存 ,超干燥能明显延长种子寿命。 50℃人工模拟老化条件下超干燥保存的最佳水分含量 ,中豆 2 4为4 .2 % ,泰兴黑豆为 3.4 %
Zhongdu 2 4 and Taixing black bean seeds were dried with anhydrous CaCl 2 to 10 different water contents respectively and sealed in glass bottles.
