我局于1999年12月3日核发拆许字[1999]第202号房屋拆迁许可证,并以穗房拆字[1999]202号房屋拆迁公告予以公布。根据拆迁人的申请,现我局同意核发延拆许字[2015]第21号房屋拆迁许可证。现将房屋拆迁许可证的内容和有关事项公布如下:一、建设项目名称:商品住宅。二、拆迁地点和范围:宝华路宝源北街29号、29号之一、31号、33号、35号、37号、39号,宝德里2号、4号,宝源正街26号、28号、30号、32号及24号一部分。三、拆迁人:广州市恒隆房地产投资有限公司。
