用免疫组织化学(ABC)方法,对易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠高血压早期,中期和晚期第一感觉运动区和尾壳核的神经肽Y能神经元系统进行了定量分析研究.假手术组第一感觉运动区和尾壳核神经肽Y阳性神经元密度随年龄增加而显著减少,手术组的则先减少然后保持不变.手术组和假手术组相比,高血压早期两组间神经元密度无显著性差异,中期假手术组大于手术组(P<0.05),而晚期则是手术组大于假手术组(P<0.01).研究结果提示:(1)神经肽Y能神经元功能随年龄的增加而降低;(2)第一感觉运动区和尾壳核的神经肽Y能神经元系统可能在高血压的形成和维持以及脑卒中的形成中起着重要作用;(3)高血压早期,神经肽Y能神经元对高血压没有反应;中期,高血压引起神经肽Y能神经元系统功能的降低;晚期,脑卒中导致神经肽Y能神经元功能的增强.
The immunohistochemical (ABC) method was used to quantitatively study the neuropeptide Y neuron system in the first, middle and late first sensory zone and caudate putamen of stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats. In the sham-operation group, neuropeptide Y-positive neurons in the first sensory zone and caudate putamen decreased significantly with age, while those in the operation group decreased and then remained unchanged.Compared with the sham operation group, There was no significant difference in the density of neurons between the two groups (P <0.01). The mid-term sham operation group was larger than the operation group (P <0.05), while the later operation group was larger than the sham operation group (P <0.01) Neuronal function decreases with age; (2) neuropeptide Y neurons in the first sensory zone and caudate putamen may play an important role in the formation and maintenance of hypertension and in stroke formation; 3) In the early stages of hypertension, neuropeptide Y neurons have no response to hypertension; mid-term, high blood pressure causes decrease of neuropeptide Y neuron system function; late, stroke leads to neuropeptide Y neuron function enhancement.
