第一屆全國人民代表大會第二次會議决定: 一、撤銷中華人民共和國燃料工業部。二、設立中華人民共和國煤炭工業部,中華人民共和國電力工業部,中華人民共和國石油工業部,中華人民共和國農產品採購部。三、中華人民共和國國務院組織法第二條第一款條文內删去燃料工業部,增加煤炭工業部、電力工業部、石油工業部、農產品採購部以及第三机械工業部。
The Second Session of the First National People’s Congress decided: First, the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Fuel Industry revoked. Second, the establishment of the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Coal Industry, People’s Republic of China Ministry of Electric Power Industry, People’s Republic of China Ministry of Petroleum Industry, People’s Republic of China Department of agricultural products procurement. III. Article 1 of the Constitution of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Eliminates the Ministry of Fuel Industry by adding the provisions of the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, the Ministry of Oil Industry, the Department of Agricultural Products Purchasing and the Third Machinery Industry Department.
