众所周知,高等职业院校以培养技术性人才为主要目标,侧重相关知识的运用,学生报考相关专业时,要有一定的前瞻性,然而随着社会的进步,各行各业的发展日新月异,相对学生的成长速度而言,社会的进步,行业的革新速度都要大大领先于学生的成长。在国家“万众创业,大众创新”的背景下,众创空间作为一个窗口,成为促进职业院校和相关文化体系发展的一个“连通器”。文章通过对天津市部分高校众创空间在本学院中的应用情况进行调研,提出从学院和行业两个方面的文化体系的发展让学院和社会相连,让社会和行业文化提升学生学习品质,为行业和社会输送具有创新思维的优质人才。

The article investigates the application of Massachusetts Institute of Space in some colleges and universities in Tianjin and proposes that the college should be connected with the society through the development of the cultural system in both colleges and industries so that the social and industrial culture can enhance the students’ Industry and society transport high-quality talent with innovative thinking.
