研究了离子硫氮碳共渗层硫化物组织形貌特点与相结构,探讨了其形成机理。结果表明:共渗层硫化物组织形态与相结构随处理气氛硫势变化而变化。在气氛硫势不太高时,硫化物层为以硫化物颗粒组成的疏松多层层状结构;内层硫化物为Fe_7S_8外层为Fe_(1-x)S,由内向外,颗粒变大;表面硫化物颗粒随硫势增高而变大。当硫势很高时,表面硫化物为粗大片状,与内层结合极差。
The morphology and phase structure of the sulfidic sulfide carbides were studied, and the formation mechanism was discussed. The results show that the microstructure and phase structure of the sulfide layer vary with the sulfur atmosphere in the atmosphere.
