城市是其社会、自然环境具体的展现和浓缩,他们不仅和环境密不可分,而且后者也是城市本身健全发展之所系。城市与环境实质上存在着共生的关系。而这种共生关系从它们诞生之日起就产生了,而且伴随发展的全过程。城市自身生态资源的短缺和外部生态空间生态资源的相对过剩,城市不得不向外部空间获取资源,城市发展越快速自身生态资源越短缺。因此保护生态资源迫在眉睫。
The city is the concrete manifestation and enrichment of its society and natural environment. They are not only inseparable from the environment, but also the latter is the perfect development of the city itself. There is a symbiotic relationship between the city and the environment. And this kind of symbiotic relationship emerged from the date of their birth, and it accompanies the whole process of development. The shortage of the city’s own ecological resources and the relative surplus of the external ecological space ecological resources, the city has to obtain resources from the external space, the faster the development of the city, the more its ecological resources are in short supply. Therefore, the protection of ecological resources is imminent.
