非物质文化遗产地方立法,除了贯彻中央立法的精神外,主要体现地方立法的特色,《河北省非物质文化遗产保护条例(征求意见稿)》在各项法律制度的确立上,体现了我省非物质文化遗产保护的实际需要,克服了此前其他地方相关立法的弊端,该条例的通过将大大促进我省非物质文化遗产保护工作的进程。
In addition to carrying out the spirit of the central legislation, the local legislation on intangible cultural heritage mainly reflects the characteristics of local legislation. The “Regulations for the Protection of Non-material Cultural Heritage in Hebei Province (Draft for Exposure)”, which set forth the legal systems at various levels, The actual needs of the protection of intangible cultural heritage have overcome the shortcomings of previous relevant legislation in other places. The passage of the said Regulations will greatly promote the progress of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage in our province.
