通过对两组数据进行初始匹配和精确匹配,然后计算测量点到CAD模型面的距离得到该测量点的加工残差,从而实现对大型复杂曲面类零件加工精度的评定。结果表明:该方法易于实现、算法稳定,具有实用性。
Through the initial matching and exact matching between the two sets of data, the distance between the measuring point and the CAD model surface is calculated to obtain the processing residual of the measuring point, so that the machining accuracy of the large complex curved surface part can be evaluated. The results show that the method is easy to implement, the algorithm is stable and practical.
