在新课程改革浪潮中,教育观念的更新,教师行为的转变,新教学模式的形成,决定着教学改革的成败。为充分发挥教师在课堂上的主导地位和学生的主体地位,为学生营造一个和谐、轻松,愉快的交流环境,使学生主动参与,平等交流。最大限度地调动学生的主体作用,使学生从单纯的“听者”“答者”的角色中走出来,成为“思者”“问者”“论者”的角色,在这样的内外交流过程中,课堂变大了,学生变有活力了,能力提高了,教学效果就会不断提高。
