东方汽轮机厂生产30万千瓦汽轮机的关键之一是末级动叶片的加工。末级动叶片汽道长达1米(简称1米叶片)。1米叶片是目前国内最长的动叶片,如图1所示,它的汽道共有二十一个截面,各截面都是以座标点表示,是无规则座标点叶片。叶片的进出汽边由很多折线组成,叶根为直齿枞树型。叶片的特点是长度长、叶型宽和叶根短。过去我厂加工的叶片,汽道最长为680毫米。
Dongfang Turbine Works 300,000 kilowatts steam turbine is one of the key to the final stage of the rotor blades. Last stage moving blade steam up to 1 meter (1 meter leaves). The 1-meter blade is the longest moving blade currently in China. As shown in Figure 1, its steam path has a total of twenty-one cross-sections. Each cross-section is indicated by a coordinate point and is a blade with no coordinate point. The blade out of the steam by a number of broken line composition, the root is straight spruce tree type. The leaves are characterized by long length, wide leaf and short roots. In the past I plant processing leaves, the longest steam track is 680 mm.
