为了贯彻党的教育方针,贯彻理论与实践统一的原则,促进教学、生产、科研的三结合,我校数学师训班受上级领导部门的委托,结合“数理统计基础”课程学习,全体师生组成应用数学推广组于一九七五年四月至六月,在兰州万里机电厂和新兰仪表厂进行正交试验设计等应用数学方法的推广工作。三个月来,在各厂党委的统一领导下,在广大工人、技术人员的热情帮助与指导下,开展了普及正交设计知识、培训骨干、解决一批生产技术问题等三项工作,取得了丰硕的成果。简报如下。普及正交设计知识,采取开班讲课形式,全部由学员主持进行。据统计,在兰州共开班九十七期,听课人数达六千一百余人。其中两厂干部和管理人员,工人、技术人员和基层技术领导干部,分别占43—75%,66—76%,基本上达到了上级规定的宣传普及要求。除了两
