目的探讨老年慢性牙周病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其与脂质过氧化的关系。方法采用红细胞酵母花环法测定36例老年慢性牙周病患者(A组)和35例正常人(B组)红细胞免疫功能,同时检测两组血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平。结果 A组红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)和MDA水平明显高于B组(P<0.01),红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bR)、SOD和GSH-PX水平显著低于B组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,RBC-C3bR与MDA呈显著负相关(r=-0.5024,P<0.01),RBC-ICR与MDA呈正相关(r=0.6188,P<0.01)。结论老年慢性牙周病患者红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,与活性氧代谢紊乱密切相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune function in elderly patients with chronic periodontal disease and its relationship with lipid peroxidation. Methods Erythrocyte immune function was determined in 36 elderly patients with chronic periodontal disease (A group) and 35 healthy controls (B group) by the method of erythrocyte yeast rosette. Serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) levels. Results The RBC-ICR and MDA levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P <0.01). The levels of RBC-C3bR, SOD and GSH-PX in erythrocytes were significantly lower than those in group B Group (P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between RBC-C3bR and MDA (r = -0.5024, P <0.01) and RBC-ICR was positively correlated with MDA (r = 0.6188, P <0.01). Conclusions Erythrocyte immune adherence function is decreased in elderly patients with chronic periodontal disease, which is closely related to the disorder of active oxygen metabolism.
