本文着重研究离子氮化中化合物层的相组成及厚度随氮化温度、时间而变化的规律,以及氮化气氛和钢中合金元素对化合物层的相组成和厚度的影响。并系统研究了氮化气氛对扩散层深度和硬度分布的影响。文中对上述规律从理论上进行了分析和阐述,并根据实验结果对离子氮化时γ′相和ε相的形核和生长问题提出了新的观点。
This article focuses on the ion nitriding compound phase phase composition and thickness with the nitriding temperature and time changes, as well as the nitriding atmosphere and alloying elements in the steel phase composition and thickness of the compound. The influence of nitriding atmosphere on the depth and hardness distribution of diffusion layer was systematically studied. In this paper, the above laws are theoretically analyzed and elaborated. Based on the experimental results, a new viewpoint on the nucleation and growth of γ ’phase and ε phase during ion nitriding is proposed.
