This paper reports the determination of plasma 6-KP, TXB2 and 6-KP / TXB2 ratio in 30 patients with coronary heart disease, 9 healthy people and 10 long-distance runners before and after exercise. The results showed that: (1) Plasma 6-KP Content and 6-KP / TXB2 ratio before and after exercise were significantly lower than those in healthy group and long-distance running group (P <0.01), while TXB 2 had no significant difference. (2) There was no significant difference in 6-K-P, TXB_2 and 6-K-P / TXB_2 between the three groups before and after moderate exercise. There was no significant difference of 6-K-P, TXB 2 content and 6-K-P / TXB 2 ratio between healthy group and long-distance group, suggesting no influence of long-distance on PGI 2 -TXA balance in normal people.
