在有越冬菌源地区,消灭越冬和早春菌源,压低小麦锈病的危害,过去陕西、山西等省会大规模组织进行,取得一定结果。为了进一步明确这一措施的效果,提高已有的办法,使它在防锈上发挥更大的作用,最近陕西省在华阴、华县沿华山90里长的常年条锈菌越冬地带,包括观北、五方、兴建、夫水、柳枝、莲花寺、少华、杏林九个公社,设立试验示范区,作为样板。这篇是示范区九个公社之一,观北公社开展群众性查锈、防锈运动第一阶段工作的经验总结。
