焊接的构件是石油工业用的钻杆,材料为西德进口的φ318×16的34CrMo无缝钢管,要求将此钢管与国产的35CrMo的法兰盘对接。这两种都是低合金结构钢,设计要求一面焊接两面成形。另外,钻杆的中间部分还要焊一只承托法兰,材料也是35CrMo(见图1)。考虑到此材料可焊性差,热影响区内极易产生淬硬组织及裂缝,焊接接头的要求高,特制订如下的焊接工艺。一、工艺过程1.坡口如图2,无缝钢管1的坡口车削成30°,并留钝边2mm。设计要求法兰盘2调质处理后再进行精加工,故将法兰盘的坡口先车制成图示的形状,并将长出的
Welding components for the oil industry with the drill pipe, the material imported from West Germany φ318 × 16 34CrMo seamless steel pipe, requiring the pipe with the domestic 35CrMo flange docking. Both of these are low-alloy structural steels, and the design requires one side of the weld to be formed on both sides. In addition, the middle part of the drill pipe but also welding a bearing flange, the material is 35CrMo (see Figure 1). Taking into account the poor solderability of this material, heat-affected zone easily produce hardened tissue and cracks, high requirements of welded joints, specially formulated as the following welding process.
