我国不少国营工业企业的效率现状是严峻的,亏损面高达三分之一。解决国营工业企业效益问题,是中国经济体制改革的核心问题,也是当今一个共同的理论与实践课题。朱镕基副总理指出,当前中国国营工业企业效益不高的主要原因是价格不合理、经济结构不合理和企业内部管理问题等。为提高企业效益,我们要大胆地吸收和借鉴世界各国包括发达资本主义国家的一切先进经营方式和管理方法。
The efficiency of many state-owned industrial enterprises in our country is harsh, with losses as high as one-third. To solve the problem of the efficiency of state-owned industrial enterprises is the core issue of China’s economic structural reform and also a common theoretical and practical task today. Zhu Rongji pointed out that the main reason for the current inefficiency of state-owned industrial enterprises in China is unreasonable price, unreasonable economic structure and internal management of enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprises, we must boldly absorb and learn from all the advanced management methods and management methods of all countries in the world, including the developed capitalist countries.
