电网继电保护综合自动化系统就是综合利用整个电网智能设备所采集的信息,自动对信息进行计算分析,并调整继电保护的工作状态,以确保电网运行安全可靠的自动化系统。随着微机继电保护装置的广泛应用和变电站综合自动化水平的不断提高,各种智能设备采集的模拟量、开关量、一次设备状态量大大增加,运行人员可以从中获取更多的一、二次设备的实时信息。但是,由于目前的微机型二次设备考虑较多的是对以往设备功能的替代,导致这些设备基本上是独立运行,致使它们采集的大量信息白白流失,未能得到充分利用。为此,现提出了电网继电保护综合自动化系统,并分了电网继电保护综合自动化系统的构成,指出了它的功能所在。
