从Wistar株大白鼠尾静脉注射子孢子后2h及16h，腹腔内注射毫菊氯仿提取物70mg／kg两次，42h时肝内红外期疟原虫数量明显减少，其形态大小、成熟度均受到影响，结果提示是菊氯仿提取物对肝内红外期疟原虫发育有明显抑制作用。
After intraperitoneal injection of 70 mg/kg of Herba Chinensis extract at 2 h and 16 h after injecting sporozoites from tail vein of Wistar rats, the number of intraperitoneal infrared P. falciparum was significantly reduced at 42 h, and its morphology, size, and maturity were affected. The results suggest that chrysanthemum chloroform extract significantly inhibits the development of intrahepatic infrared Plasmodium.
